What areas do you serve?
We proudly provide relocation services to and from London as well as international removals from the UK to Europe. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, contact us, and we’ll confirm right away.
Do you help with both residential and commercial moves?
Yes! Whether you’re moving to a new home or relocating your business, our team is skilled and equipped to handle both residential and commercial moves. No move is too big or too small!
What services do you provide?
Our removal services are customisable to fit your needs and can include:
- Packing and unpacking service
- Disassembling and reassembling furniture
- Loading and unloading
- Transportation
- Temporary storage solutions (if required)
- Dispose of unwanted items
- Hanging pictures and TV wall mounting
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking your move as early as possible, especially during peak moving seasons. Typically, 2 to 4 weeks is a good window to ensure your preferred date and time are available. That being said, always drop us an email or call as we are happy top accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
Do you offer packing services?
Absolutely! Our experienced team can handle everything from carefully wrapping fragile items to organising your belongings for efficient packing. You can also choose to pack partially or fully on your own—we’re here to assist in whatever way works best for you.
Can I pack my items myself?
Of course! If you prefer to handle the packing, we can provide high-quality packing supplies such as boxes, tape, and padding to ensure everything is secure during transit. Or, of course, you can use your own packing material!
Do you handle fragile or valuable items?
Yes, we take special care of fragile and high-value belongings, like artwork or antiques. We use extra protective packaging and treat your items as if they were our own. Just give us a heads-up about any special handling requirements.
Do you have insurance?
Sure we do! We are insured for up to 1 million British pounds on public liability.
How much does it cost for ?
Our services start from as little as £75 per hour, depending on the complexity of the job.
What should I do with items I no longer need?
It is always a good idea to declutter as much as possible when moving homes. You can donate, sell and recycle pre-loved items! However, if you are still left with unwanted items, we will happily dispose of them for you!
Do you transport pets?
Yes, we understand that pets are an important part of your family, and we’re happy to assist with their transportation. However, please note that we do not provide pet cages, so you’ll need to ensure your pets have secure, comfortable carriers for the move!
